march Story Time

In March, grandparent Cindy Converse read bunny books and the kids did an Easter egg craft! 🐰🐣

On March 6, around 140 grandparents and grandfriends joined 100 students from Pre-K to 3rd Grade at the Amvets Hall to spend some quality time together. There were donuts, milk, student performances, crafts, photos, and more smiles than we could count 😁

Thanks to our dedicated PTO members who planned, decorated, and ran the event, Student Council volunteers who came over with the kids to help pass out donuts, teachers and other school staff who coordinated a song and poem and pitched in to help when needed, and to each and every student and grand who came and made this a wonderful event!!

FEBRUARY Story Time

In February, Mrs. Heather Snell read about Valentine's Day and the kids enjoyed coloring their love bears. ♥️🐻

Story Time with santa

Story Time with Santa on December 16 was a huge success! We would like to thank every single person who attended and assisted to make a magical time for the kids!

We had 74 children from 38 families come to see Santa, do crafts, sing carols, eat treats, and play games. The kids wrote letters to Santa, and were able to pick out a free book to take home.

Our raffle basket winner was April Fullerton, and she got to take home goodies from generous businesses and individuals. The raffle proceeds are going to our local Neighborhood Center, and we are so pleased to announce that we raised over $200! We appreciate all those who entered and donated.

NOVEMber Story Time

24 little turkeys were lucky enough to listen to Mrs. Miller read two books at November's Story Time. She also planned a turkey craft which allowed the kids to be creative with feathers, pompoms, sequins, and more. These little works of art were perfect decorations in our homes for Thanksgiving!

7-12th Graders gathered to learn how to make pizza from scratch. Hosted by Heather Snell and sponsored by PTO!

October Story Time

We had another wonderful Story Time! 28 kids came to play and listen to stories.

Our reader was PTO President Natalie Wendig, sharing a story that she wrote and illustrated. She led an adorable squirrel craft, and our snack was 'squirrel food' trail mix. Look at the works of art these kids created!
